Warranty itsolution.com.my warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers. 1 Year Manufacturer / Distributor / Supplier Limited Warranty on major products unless otherwise stated in product page. The warranty covers any hardware defects and excludes any software issues, act of god, power surge, neglect, or unauthorized repair / modification. Kindly refer product's manufacturer warranty policy for more specific details. All Products are covered by Manufacturer / Distributor warranty. Warranty does not include transport, delivery or handling charge incurred in the transportation of the equipment/accessories to the manufacturer / distributor service center. Sending Warranty item to (and from) Manufacturer / Distributor service centre minimun handling charge RM50.     Customer may have option to inform us to check/test the products on behalf before we ship the products. All items sold are final and under no circumstances will a refund be given. In the unlikely event a warranty issue does arrive we will fix or replace the product within 30 to 45 days of receiving the RMA item. *We will not accept return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration.  Returning and sending back transportation fees both ways at buyers own cost. Buyers also may send it back directly to our Showroom Service Center for the warranty process. Our service representatives will be glad to assist you.   Warranty on Software's product  Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once the package has been opened. Defective software CD media will be exchanged for the same title CD media only within 30Days from the day of purchase. All software product is backed by the software product manufacturer's warranty policy.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by itsolution.com.my. As all prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order.

itsolution.com.my shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card is charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled by us, itsolution.com.my shall immediately issue a credit(refund) to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
